It's good to hear we finally won one. All I can say, when and if are we going to see $$$$ from this win or do all of us have to die before any benifits will be paid. It has cost 1/3 of my take home pension dollars in the tune of over $30,000 since 2000.

This suit will be in appeals for years. I only hope I live long enough and that the lawyers fees don't eat up the funds before anything is actually paid.

Newspaper coverage

Postby lucentretirees on Sat Jun 14 2008

Three's been newspaper coverage of the next step and the possible financials. Note that the court has only ruled on one year (2003) of the many years of the plaintiff's complaint. Other years will be reviewed after further discovery.

My husband passed away 10/2003 after he retired.
Does this effect me in any way?
