Medigap supplemental insurance application - please post
Has anybody successfully applied for a Medigap supplemental insurance plan? Most plans require a copy of a termination notice of the Traditional Indemnity plan from Alcatel-Lucent. Did yours require that? What did you supply? Please post for tohers to read.

A federal district court judge in Newark, N.J. has ruled that Lucent Technologies violated the requirements of Section 420 of the Internal Revenue Code in administering its health care plan for management retirees.
